last year's finalists kept apart

01 February 2019

The remaining teams in six of the seven divisions have discovered their semi-final opposition in this year's RUSTLERS CUFL.

Men's Premier Division

UCD and UCC have contested the last two Men's Premier Division finals and could potentially go a third round after the draw kept both apart.

UCD will have to wait to discover their opposition as they await the result of the rescheduled Quarter Final between University of Limerick and IT Sligo. On the other side of the draw, IT Carlow's penalty shootout victory over Maynooth University this week was rewarded with a home tie against Noel Healy's UCC team.

Men's Division One

After a disruptive week with three of the Quarter Finals unable to be fulfilled, there are still seven prospective teams in line for promotion to the Premier Division.

The only team that knows they are in the final four, TU Dublin Blanchardstown, will face the winners of IT Carlow 'B' and Dundalk IT in Dublin. The other half of the draw has numerous possibilities as NUI Galway and Letterkenny IT, and TU Dublin Tallaght Campus and Cork IT all have to see past the other before meeting in the last four.
